THE FIGHTER
When love felt unstable or unsafe, we may have learned that the best way to protect ourselves was to stay on guard, push back, or meet pressure with resistance and fight.
We may have adapted by getting louder, stronger, or sharper whenever we felt threatened. Anger became protection, independence became armour, and our system can still treat vulnerability as a risk rather than a resource.
Today this can show up as reacting fast when things feel unfair, assuming others are against us, and finding it hard to soften without bracing for impact.
